Week of March 27th
I am working with Jorge, Mohammed, and Emily. We are doing a funny narrative film about me asking Jorge for advice so I can make Emily like me. It is very bad advice. We have finished the screenplay this week. We are working on the story boards right now while minor changes are being made to our screenplay.

Why I listen to music?
I love to listen to music because I find it as an escape from everything I am thinking about and all my problems. Music calms me and down and helps me relax. I like to listen to different types of music when I'm feeling different ways. If I'm sad I'll listen to sad music so it relates to me. I'll listen to alternative or rock when I'm angry or riled up. I'll listen to laid back calm music when I feel like relaxed. I listen to the music that relates to the way I am feeling. Music just sounds so cool and I feel like it can be a very negative and positive thing. I feel like negative music can become a bad influence on someone's life and make them want to do bad things. Music can also be positive because good music can relate to a person and help give them a feeling of security.

Problems and Struggles
Self-confidence is an issue at Bell High. Most students come from a background where their parents have not went to college and being extremely successful may be something they don't know too much about. This may drive some students to work harder, while other students let themselves believe they are not good enough and will never be anything in life. This can cause many students to become very depressed and lose confidence in themselves. This is why there are some people that don't try and really believe that they are bound to take the same road as their parents. They don't realize that they can work hard and achieve their goals if they want to. They believe that they are too poor and can't do it. Or they think that there are other smarter kids that go to better schools. They don't realize the potential they have in themselves and this is a problem that I think should be addressed soon.

The Most Interesting Person I Know
The most interesting person I know is Jennifer Saavedra. She is the kind of person that you just don't find these days. She is one, completely weird and speaks thoughts that make me think she's retarded. But it's okay because I'm pretty retarded too. She also reacts very interestingly in tough situations. The way she has handled so many obstacles in my life has really made em admire her. She doesn't think like a normal teenage girl. She really thinks like an adult is very mature while being very funny. She is very independent and strong and i really think she doesn't need me. I'm really glad she really wants me though, she is the kinda person I always want to be around. We can literally make weird faces at each other all day and crack ourselves up. I also find her very interesting because she has gone through so many struggles in her life, that it continuous to surprise me that she is the good person she is and thinks in a way that just amazes me. She also really knows me and respects everything that I believe and will actually take interest in how different I am which makes for the most interesting conversations. I'm sorry for being so generally, but it really is hard to describe someone that you find so amazingly interesting. It's something about them that is ineffable.
